- Jessica Tuccillo is a highly motivated experienced certified makeup artist and licensed cosmetologist in the entertainment industry. Jessica aka Jroc many talents have enabled her to receive a wide range of makeup expertise including film/television, the music industry, print, runway, bridal, national and Olympic competitors and multi-service salons and spas. She specializes in special effect makeup and airbrushing techniques but also brings her talent in wardrobe styling and art direction on set. In addition to Jessica's diploma from the Christian Dior in New York City, she also received her Degree in medical as oral and maxillofacial surgery assistant and Anesthesiologist assistant, at University Of Pennsylvania and sports science and medicine through the P.S.A Professionals Skaters Association, and U.S.F.S.A United States Figure Skating Association, Jessica is also coming out with her own line of mineral makeup, When a woman hits a certain age, it's only natural to consider some type of cosmetic surgery. Women feel so much pressure to resist aging, they begin to look for "anything possible" to make them look and feel younger. Unfortunately, many of these women turn too quickly to plastic surgery. That's why I want to teach women a safe alternative that will make them look and feel beautiful everyday. Jroc International My name is Jessica Tuccillo, I spent years creating faces as a makeup artist for theatre,Olympics Figure Skaters, National competitors, Clothing Designers, Magazines, Live Runway fashion shows . Since then, I have been working on television and film as well as doing photo shoots, yet I still cling to the makeup techniques I learned in the theatre. I wanted to share with others what I have discovered over the past eight years working as a makeup artist. Of the many people whom I have helped get ready for the camera, they all have said one thing consistently: "I didn't know makeup could do that!" We invest time and money into gyms (we never go to), diet programs (we don't stay on), shopping for clothes (we never wear). Why not invest some time into making ourselves feel better about ourselves? Applying makeup is quick, easy and fun. Learning how to use it to temporarily accentuate or completely transform your face is quite simple - just follow my simple guides and I promise, you'll be amazed by the results! Makeup not only lets you hold on to that part of yourself your unique face represents, it also gives you the power to discover all the people you want to be. Let makeup be your magic wand.
